Under this scheme, insurance up to Rs 2 lakh is given for Rs 436. There is no medical test of any kind to take this policy.
While taking the bus policy, you have to give information about some diseases in the consent form. Any citizen between 18 years to 55 years can apply for this insurance scheme. Its policy is valid from 1st June to 31st. It is auto-renewed. This much amount of money is deducted from your account every year through auto debit.
Nominee gets Rs 2 lakh
After the death of the insurance holder taking Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Insurance, the amount of this insurance is transferred to the nominee. For that, the nominee has to go to the bank from where this scheme is taken and submit the necessary documents which also include the debt certificate. The policy has to be claimed within 30 days of the death of the insured.
